I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding performance of my Ultenic D5s Pro robot vacuum cleaner and the exceptional customer service I received from your team.I was impressed by its cleaning capabilities. it effortlessly picks up everything from dust and dirt to pet hair and crumbs, leaving my floors spotless . I recently had a minor issue with my D5s Pro, and I was absolutely blown away by the prompt and helpful service I received from your customer service team.

It is a good product. Even the most expensive ones have the same issues so I would say I’m happy with what I got. It looks very nice, it’s sturdy, hovers very good, picks up cat hair very well too. The only issue is the mapping, I have to manually direct it. The battery doesn’t last too long but it’s alright for now, I hover bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and then charge it in order to do the living room and hallway.The mopping part- well I can’t expect much really, it washes ok but leaves a lot of water marks but I mean - it’s a little robot at the end of the day.Overall I’m happy

The robot hoover is easy to set up & get started. It works superbly and takes the hassle out of dusty floors. The product is great but more importantly this company is great. I had a machine for 12 months. I got a warranty extension free for 6 months and had some issues with it. They promptly replied to emails to trouble shoot and when we couldn’t resolve the issues arranged for me to re buy the product and refund the cost. Happy to have the same product again knowing that if something does go wrong the aftersales service is exceptional. Highly recommend.

It is the best vacuum I have ever used. It’s a great help for maintaining the house clean. Very satisfied with my purchase. Easy to use and the best part is after cleaning it goes back to charging by ur self. You don’t have to put in on charge. Cleans really well. Totally satisfied

It was doing good and I'm satisfied, but Last June 25'ish, suddenly stopped working, I changed the battery. I more of looking for help here please.

Never satisfied with the product1- Difficulty in cleaning the place where dust and dirt accumulate:The water addition hole is very close to the location of the strainer, and when adding water, it is very likely that water will enter the strainer and the place where dust and dirt collect. Therefore, every time water enters a place where dust and dirt are collected, the dirt and dust come together because of the water and clog the openings. It is also difficult to clean later and produces odors because of it.2- It does not meet the specifications and does not work for 150 minutes:There is a problem with the battery, and according to the specifications, it must be cleaned and operated for 150 minutes ( 150min Runtime ), but the robot only works for less than an hour and needs to be charged again, then returned to the charger and returned to cleaning again, and so on... Cleaning the house requires charging 3 or 4 times.3- There is difficulty connecting the product to the mobile phone

Great robot. No problems for 1 year of owning this. Easy to control on your phone.

Honestly it saved my time and energy such a great invention I am writing this review after almost a month of using it. I would have rated it 5 if the mopping was better but the vacuum cleaning is very good it collects even the smallest dust off.

This is legit the best automatic floor cleaning vacuum ever! I was initially sketched out by the price considering it wasn’t a Roomba with a namebrand thinking that I had to buy a automatic vacuum for over $500-$1000 in order to get something that was actually going to work, this isn’t the case with the vacuum. Amazon graciously sent me a sale notification for this vacuum one morning for this vacuum and I kept it in my cart all day until I finally splurged at the end of the night and said we’ll try it!This vacuum is quiet, it gets every corner every area, it has its own plan when it goes on its route and it gets the job done! It loves both the hardwood/tile/carpet. This is how a vacuum should be there is no need to buy a Roomba that’s very expensive when this works with an app on your phone, connects to any smart device (our alexa and google home), it sweeps the floor it mops the floor it’s amazing! We have a cordless Dyson vacuum that maybe lasts 15-20 minutes max when vacuuming. It wasn’t working for us any longer and we needed a better solution, this vacuum was definitely it. We’ll still use our Dyson for occasional spots/furniture/etc. but this Ultenic vacuum is amazing for covering the surface of all the floors in the house.We have a golden retriever and she sheds like crazy and knowing that we could now just turn on this vacuum multiple times a day is wonderful. We are not lazy by any means but it is very hard to keep up with dog hair and just regular dirt and dander especially when it’s warm out. if you are on the fence about purchasing this vacuum, do it! You won’t regret it!! We named him Fred also- haha!

Je l’utilise maintenant depuis plus qu’un an je pense voir même deux et j’en suis toujours aussi ravi et toujours aussi surprise quand je vois la poussière qui arrive à me trouver dans une pièce qui n’est pas extrêmement sale donc oui je le recommande vivement surtout pour le prix

Evde temizlik yapılırken ve arada koltuk altlarını ws almak için iyi 120 m2 evi her odaya girip çıktı hızlı olsun diyorsanız eliniz ile odaya bırakın ve kumanda da auto tuşuna basın o kendi takılsın temizlemediğini düşünüyorsanız evden çıkan toz yumaklarını görünce şok olduk.Mop olayını kullanmayı düşünmüyoruz biraz gereksiz.Uygulama paratik kurulumu kolay ultenic app diye storelerde aratırsanız çıkar.Wifi bağlama olayını yapamayanlar için türkçe talimant ekran da gösteriyor.Sadece 2.4 ghz bant modemleri destekliyor. Kurulum ekranın da Wifi den kendi ağınızı şifresini girdikten sonra tekrar wifi ağınıza gelip Ultenic seçmeniz gerekiyor.
