HANS Sport III Device- Large, Post Anchor, SA Helmet, SFI

Excellent product. My life partner already used it to drive at Charlotte Motor Speedway for a driving experience.

This is the 3rd HANS unit I have used. It is smaller, easier to use, gives me more flexibility to move as I want and still gives me full protection.

I feel this device would definitely give you neck and head protection you'll need in head on collision. And the peace of mind while driving to feel confident. The only dislike which is likely unavoidable is you loose the ability to turn your head 100% left and right. Once on the track it isn't an issue.

I’ve never written a review before, but this almost prevented me from buying so thought I would share. One of the comments said that there’s no SFI sticker. Admittedly, I got a little nervous when I couldn’t find it after opening the package-SFI sticker is located under the shoulder pad.

I am a very amateur racer (I am very clear about my position). When I knew that the helmet didn't completely protect you, I decided to buy it. I watched a lot of videos online and confirmed that this is exactly what I need. But there is a problem. The rope at the back is too long. I don't think it can protect it, but it doesn't matter. I use my own method to shorten the rope and it becomes a perfect product!

I won’t race my racecar without some sort of HANS device. This fits me perfectly and is pretty comfortable. You can’t go wrong with one of the most popular head and neck restraints.

This is the one you need to go racing in SCCA, IMSA, and FIA events.

I bought this five years ago and just went to have it refreshed because my race series requires it, but Simpson won't refresh it because there is no SFI sticker. I called OG Racing to ask about it since the description specifically calls out SFI and they said they don't write the description and only fulfill orders. I mentioned that they didn't actually fulfill the order since there was no SFI sticker and they said too bad. I asked if I could at a minimum get a discount on an all-new one, hopefully with an SFI sticker, and they said no. Horrible customer service, not the product described. Buy from a better outlet.
