Packaged with love
This is actually the 2nd time I've ordered lemon thyme from McFadden farm. The product is awesome no doubt. I love to spread it all over a whole chicken or turkey along with lemon zest, salt, pepper, and butter. It's pretty fab, but that's not why I took the time leave this review. The way they packaged their product not only insured I received it unscathed, but I felt it was personal and loving. It's as though I felt their warmth all the way from California to my mailbox in Michigan. My first thought was. I need to see what else they sell. Then, I decided to write this review first. đź’—

The Perfect Touch for Roasted Veggies
Okay, it's rather expensive. But a fine addition to salt & pepper on roasted carrots, zucchini and the like!

"Fresh" Dried lemon thyme
I grow and dry my own lemon thyme. But this year, did not do it. This product is amazing. Excellent quality lemon thyme. I will buy again. I love thyme and use it frequently.

Good Quality
Love the Lemon THryme. Used this in my Thanksgiving turkey rub and it has such a unique flavor. Just a hint of something you can't quite put your finger on. I will definitely buy again,

Hard to find
I was happy with the careful packaging. Also I liked the fact it was exactly what I was looking for. Would purchase again and am looking at other herbs from this company.

Smells wonderful, much looking forward to working with this
Smells wonderful, much looking forward to working with this! I have a recipe for a mango puree ham that calls for it, couldn't find it anywhere in Phoenix so I faked it and the ham came out just fine. Now I have the real thing! Should be interesting to see if there's much improvement in an already great dish.Very prompt shipping direct from McFadden, much appreciated.

That they are GOOD herbs and they are!
I love the flavors of lemon thyme and marjoram together with my vegies, especially in tin foil on the grill. Sometimes I add Rosemary to it and a new spice I've just tried recently is Sumac. Yes! It's got a citrus flavor to it that's wonderful on meat, chicken, pork and I haven't tried it yet on steak, but I will! It also blends well with the lemon thyme. I used to grow my own, but now that I'm in an apartment, it doesn't grow well in pots!
