We have absolutely loved our HAOXIN Outdoor Shower Fixture. It is beautiful and functional. It was easy to install and it even included extra washers! In addition, the handheld shower began to leak after over 2 years of outside use and when we contacted the seller they sent us an entire new handheld shower unit! I rarely expect much from "Lifetime" warranties now-a-days, but this one was honored beautifully! I would recommend bringing in the handheld portion during freezing temperatures as the internal hose seems to breakdown after a few years of exposure.

I LOVE this fixture. It is sleek and simple. Looks great mounted on the side of the house. Love the shower head too! Easy to operate. I had a plumber install it and it went in easily. The shower head is quite high, but that doesn't matter because of the "rainfall' style - there is no reason you'd need to reach the showerhead.

This is the 2nd one I ordered. The first one was defective but Haoxin did a great job and replaced it immediately. I live in MA so I took precautions before the first frost to turn off the main hot and cold lines in the house that connect to the outdoor shower. I also drained all three settings (head, hand wand, and tub nozzle). When I opened my outdoor shower today I noticed the left and right SS caps on the horizontal bar for the main shower were both "popped off". There was no water in the system so I'm guessing the cold temperatures caused it. I thought this was supposed to be an Outdoor Shower. Plus, it took my plumber 2 days to install because it was so challenging so I don't think I can replace the unit with another brand. Very disappointed.

Great product for the price but MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ADAPTERS!!! The threads are metric and will screw into NPT but will leak!!! Get the Bowsen Female adapter under the “frequently purchased together”. Really should come with the adapters when sold in the US.

Product looks great, but I have a persistent issue with the hand held shower wand. There does not seem to be any way to attach the connector hose properly so it can be mounted in the bracket. Only the hexagonal mount will attach to it and that prevents it from fitting into the bracket. I wish someone from Haoxin could help me.

Would strongly recommend this product! Love it. Bought it for our outdoor shower by the pool.

Good overall but sometimes drips when is closed.
