Walk don’t run to these pills. No diet pill is a miracle in a bottle. You still have to diet and exercise but I must say taking these will definitely give you the results you’re looking for with out strenuous workouts. I simply cut out eating pork and beef then I added more green vegetables to my meals. I do a few floor exercises and WALA! Thank God I discovered these I am finally lowering my GUT size.

In reading other reviews, I think there are many who are not following the directions. It recommends taking two pills 30 minutes prior to every meal (it's not a "take a pill in the morning and you won't feel hungry all day" type product) My experience, in following the directions, is that it does not "suppress" my appetite. I'm still hungry and an able to enjoy a good meal, but I feel very full and satisfied after eating half of what I'm used to eating. This is working exactly like I hoped it would!

Reviews said it would take 2 weeks to take effect. I'm glad I didn't stop taking them because I do have increased energy and lower appetite.

I started taking this after reading some studies on it's impact on blood sugar. Although I'm not diabetic, my fasting blood glucose levels were getting closer to the pre-diabetic range with every MD appt so I started this. I did see a lowering of my blood glucose levels and have maintained that with continuing taking this. There is no magic "cure-all" med so don't expect that these pills will perform miracles and certainly don't stop following your MD's treatment plan. But I've been pleased with it's modest results.'

I think this is a great product! I take it as directed in the morning with a full glass of water and then shower and within 30 minutes I do not have the panic desire to eat breakfast! I makes me feel full longer and not really hungry. I admit I did take it before going to a wedding so I would not overindulge and I was very content.I will reorder, I feel it is supportive to my overall health, I 'evacuate' better and more and feel energetic! Try it... I know you will like it!

Doesn’t work at all…. I have a product I order online that contains this herb and I thought I’d go a cheaper route with this product… but I’ll have to keep my $90/month supplements as I list 65 lbs with it..

At first it was great. I wasn't hungry and didn't feel deprived. After about 10 days everything came to a halt. My intestines literally stopped. Decided to stop and in 3 days they started to work again. I believe this could really be dangerous and there should be a warning regarding this product.
