Good product.
I've been buying electric dewalt stuff for a while now. This is a very good lawn mower. It has a vacuum type effect on the lawn that puts really prominent lines in that people seems to like. After a year and a half of constant use it started to destroy itself as grass clipping and dirt started getting in between all the plastic parts and expanding them until the mower blade started grinding away parts of itself. Had I known that was going on I would have tried to keep it more clean. Not a big deal to me it still works just fine with less plastic interior parts heh. I'm quite happen with my purchase over my old gas mowers. The year and a half of mowing has been fantastic.

Good power
Had a black and Decker lead acid battery mower for ten years. It finally died. This mower is much lighter and more nimble. Mine came with two, 8 amp hour XR batteries and two chargers. The first thing I noticed was that it was much easier to maneuver. The second thing I noticed was that the suction power was double. The third thing I noticed the bag fits down between the handles much more easily than my old one did. I live near the beach in Southern California therefore my lawn is only 30‘ x 15‘. If I had a large piece of property I might find the bag to be too small, for my uses it’s perfect. The height adjustment is very fast and very easy I love this as I mow on the highest setting and then I run the mower on the lowest setting around the edge of the lawn to suck up any clippings that have escaped or that are the result of my edging. The only downside I see is that it is louder than my old one not so much when it’s over the grass but when I’m running it over the concrete to suck up the clippings. My lawn looks much flatter and smoother as the suction of this mower pulls the blades up straight and then cuts them off. I have only mowed three times but so far I am very happy with the purchase I have no regrets. If it sucked I would have no problem telling you not to buy it.

No auto drive, but very light and maneuverable
Easy to set up and run, but the battery limits what you can get done. I was not able to mow the entire yard on the included 8 Amp batteries, but I was able to find 10 Amp batteries. Light weight makes it easy to move around, but it is a manual push mower with no auto drive capability, so my angled yard makes mowing difficult on the hill. Great mower that uses the same batteries as my Dewalt tools, but can't give it a 5 star rating since it would be better with auto-drive capabilities and the several hour break necessary to recharge batteries before I can finish mowing the yard.

Piece of junk
We used our first mower four times and it seized up. We called and they made us ship back the mower so they could see what was wrong with it. Upon receipt, the stated it was faulty and would send us a new mower in 3 weeks!New mower arrived. After using it 1.5 times it seized again!!! We don’t have a large lawn. It’s less than 1/4 acres. It takes 4 batteries to complete our tiny lawn. Battery life is terrible. This mower is a piece of junk. DON’T PURCHASE THIS MOWER!!!

Eco Friendly Mower does the job!
Easy to assemble. Easy to start. Easy to operate. Manual push, but fairly lightweight. No gas is a great thing. The two batteries are just enough power to cut my yard. If you have a big yard, get extra batteries. Glad I made the switch from gas to battery power.

Disappointing relative to expectations
I just made my first pass around the yard with this and have to say I'm disappointed. Things that stood out as negatives:1. Not self-propelled (I know, I should have checked, but something made me think this was rear drive)2. Mulching mode not efficient - my neighbors electric mower leaves almost nothing to see, and this one I have tracks of grass all over the yard.3. Deck is too low - I like to leave the grass longer in the hot part of summer, but the highest setting here was far lower than I needed it to be.Positives1. Not self-propelled, but very light, as you would expect with most electrics2. Really easy to assemble and get started out of the box3. Batteries can charge on same chargers as standard Dewalt shop or garden tools.I'm probably going to return it after looking around to see what my neighbor's mower cost.

All summer long
The media could not be loaded. No more gasoline push mowers for me. This is a very capable mower, and with a very wet summer here in the southeast it has proven itself over and over again as my weed patch has been known to get a wee bit out of control a time or two this year. I bought a bunch of knock-off 9ah batteries and charge them through a solar generator. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase and It is the perfect compliment to my Dewalt 20v string trimmer and blower. I highly recommend this.

Great push mower at a good price. Now with improved batteries and they fixed the bearing problem.
The mower is powerful and the two batteries that it comes with last for a whole mow. Easy to maneuver and light. Cuts well. after every use i would advise blowing it out with a leaf blower and cleaning it before you store it for winter.
