The instruction could use an update, assembly required common sense. My biggest issue is that the advertisement states that the weight capacity is 440lbs, but the assembly instructions states no more than 330lbs. Also the illustrations ad shows a T bracket connectors that is not what i recieved. instead i recieved bents bars that interconnected into a circle. And the ad stats upgraded material, that's not what i recieved. looks like stitched waterproof tarps thats illustrated as the lesser material in their ad?I'm not sure if i was sent the incorrect trampoline? Then to top it off the stitching connectors for the border barrier did not last more than 24 hours.The packaging did come damaged with lose springs and parts in the box being slushed around loosely. Everything was their when i inventory the parts. Unfortunately the weight capacity warning did not appear until assembly was completed. Then all the red flags started to appear.Overall it servers it purpose for my childrens entertainment. Unfortunately no adults can join in on the fun due to the weight limit issue.The box did include the spring tools and anchors to fasten to the ground, but the lower connector are not secured. they are a slip on metal to metal. I ended up using metal self tapping screw to keep them in place. Also the ladder rest loosely on the frame, not sure if I'm going to use duct tape to remedy it.I did contact Amazon about the issues listed above. just letting you all know about the irregularities that i encountered.

In the process of delivery the box had broken. But we were able to set it up.

So far so good. We have the 12 ft which is bigger than we expected. Seems very sturdy as my oldest son a football player 6’2” 285lbs has jumped on it with no problems. Easy to assemble but instructions weren’t great. It get 4 stars because there were no instructions for the safety enclosure and the safety padding is cheaply made. It has already ripped and needs to be replaced before the springs pinch one of my kids. But overall it was a good buy delivery was quick but package was ripped upon arrival, it’s seems to be very sturdy and holds the weights it claims. Looks good and the kids love it.

It was very easy to install. The metal triangle hooks were popping off.

No era lo que esperaba , la caja donde benia el tranpolin muy destruida , le faltaron piezas y las cajitas donde bebían las piezas pequeñas destuida. Todo se miraba usado, muy mala experiencia... todavía que fue devolver tube que pagar 55 dólares para que lo bovieran a empaquetar en caja nueva por que ups. No lo quería llevar,, tengo tres semanas que lo devolví y todavía no abido respuesta mi dinero no ácido debuelto.

This was the best purchase we ever made. My son says it's the best gift ever, better than his computer or Xbox. It was easy to put together. Very sturdy. Holds a good amount of weight. Had two adult men and my son on it with no issues. Good size too. The net is awesome, didn't have that when I was young. The ladder stays on. Make sure you put the blue spring cover on before you tighten up the polls. Ours isn't staying on right because the polls arnt holding it like they should. But that's our fault. I highly recommend!

So far so good… we’ve only had it for a month. We have had some pretty harsh winds lately and it has held its integrity. HOWEVER if I can give a tip I would watch the video on Amazon for instructions and not read the manual. It will Make your life so much easier and you’ll put it together much faster

Product not packaged well. Springs were loose in the box, and was missing 6. Also missing a ladder rung. With 2 or more people, putting together is not hard, as long as you can figure it out with common sense, because the instructions suck, as with most products that are being loosely translated to English from a foreign country. Had this stored for a couple months waiting for my daughters bday, so I'm past the return date. Will find more springs somewhere to finish completion, but will definitely purchase locally if I ever buy another
