Best friend for crustless quiche!
I bought these as I was trying a 'crustless mini quiche' recipe for a coffee morning I was planning. They were so easy to use! Just place them into the mini muffin tray, fill with your quiche recipe and then bake. The best part is the mini quiches just popped out of the moulds without sticking. You don't even have to touch the quiche to remove it. Definitely a time saver!
