Tight build tolerances with wiggle room and when actuated is very sturdy. Top and bottom are both snug, and screw down to secure solidly. The midsection of mine was a bit easy to scuff, but came in a good quality overall.Pros: Lightweight, very tight tolerances overall.Cons: The tolerances for the screw threads are rigid with little play so requires precision, and it's fairly small.Overall neat and little container.

I use this to store and carry prescription medication. I put some sticky back hook and loop on it and put a medical patch on it along with my medical alert tag. Keeps medication all in one place also with a medical card inside.

This is fine for general use and seals fine.Only issue I found is that the thread count/pitch on both ends is too fine, meaning higher chance of stripping threads (esp. since aluminum), difficulty threading on end caps with gloves on or in the cold.If the threads get dirt or sand in them, stripping becomes a potential problem.It takes about 6.5 full turns to remove end caps which is a bit much.This is not a huge issue, but something to consider.

I bought 2. One for a survival fishing kit, the other for a fabric repair kit. A little too big to fit through a molle loop, so I use a small carabiner and a molle elastic grabber to attach to my gear. Waterproof and seemingly indestructible. I can see uses for a several more of these. Fire making, first aid, medicines, gun cleaning, and the list goes on. This ranks up with paracord and duct tape for a list of purposes. Some colored tape identifies the contents.
