Great spa with some delivery hassles
I like the spa and the features, especially for the price point. This is a Cal-Spa without the dealer mark up. Before you buy one realize the dealer mark up does buy you something, better customer service and ease of delivery.I was told the delivery could be anytime from 9am to 9pm so I stayed home from work on a Friday. I got a call from the delivery company at 12:30 which I could not pick up and they left no message so I did not know they called. At 3, I called to see when it might arrive and they said the delivery was cancelled. They rescheduled for Monday after 5 so I could meet them after work. At 12:30 I got a call from the driver they were at my house. They agreed to wait 1/2 hour for me to get home. On top of it all the spa has a broken jet which probably occurred during shipping. In general Pilot Delivery Service did a poor job.The spa was delivered on a pallet on it's end, which makes sense. I needed to get 10 friends to help move it, for which I paid the cost for breakfast for 10 friends. If you want to avoid the hassles I went through and get this same spa go to a Cal-Spa dealer. BTW I would do it again the same way because I saved thousands compared to the dealer route.As for the spa, it is pretty good, as I said it came with a broken jet. I like all the positions and the size. The two motors and heater are quite powerful. It has lots of programming features which I like. The fountain, LED lights and Bluetooth speakers are gimmicks I will never use, but they are part of this package. Of note this unit is not highly insulated so I expect to use more electricity then my last Cal-Spa which was fully foamed.I have had this spa for almost two years now and it continues to work great!

Fantastic spa value!
I purchased an American Spas AM-756L last fall for our new house. I was initially hesitant purchasing a spa online, sight unseen, but have been totally satisfied with the purchase. The company was very flexible in shipping to meet our delivery requirements which really helped. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The spa itself is very well engineered and built. The pumps are powerful and quiet and all of the jets can be individually adjusted. Documentation is excellent, installation was simple. The quality is as good or better than the Sundance spa that we had for years, but at a fraction of the price. I did a lot of shopping before purchase and believe that this is absolutely the best value spa on the market.
