Was worried about the case because of mixed reviews. Glad I tried it. Fantastic case. Fingerprint reader works great. I did add a fingerprint after the case was on and that helped. Slim case. Edges easy to hold and not slippery.

I read some reviews before purchasing and I'm kind of surprised the people calling it a waste of money. Case feels good, it's not slippery at all like some have said. With my phone resting flat on my fingers just under its own weight, without gripping it, I can rotate my hand to probably 75-80° before it slips. To help visualize that, this is flat _ this is 90° | and here's where it starts to slip, roughly /. It comes with 6 or 7 replacement fingerprint sensors, and one pre-installed and the pre installed one works flawlessly, at least for now (I don't use it anyway, but it DOES work). It's a $20 case, $30 if you're in that giant snowy state to the north, which is less than half the price of the big name cases that offer full coverage. Screens protected, and the protector sits flat with no bubbles. Camera's protected, still takes crisp and clean photos as if there's no protector on it. The volume and power buttons are easy to feel for and use. The charger port, yes you have to open it, is that not the standard for dust/waterproof cases? I just don't get what people are expecting for a case in this price range. I'd pay $50-60 for this case and still be happy I saved a few bucks, coming from lifeproof on my old phone. If people are expecting a higher quality case than this for $20 they are out to lunch. Great case, works exactly as it should.

The PROS are :* Great waterproofing, drop resistance and durability* Came with a wrist strap which was a surprise* Fingerprint ID WORKS, as long as you don't take the case on and off frequently and doesn't get dirty during installation.* Nice metallic buttons however a little squishy, Looks quite epic and comes with a cool sticker 😎.And the CONS :* Makes the phone look considerably larger, (take note of the product dimensions)* All the sound from the speakers just blows out the back of the phone case and causes muffling and vibrations* Camera protector can easily get dirty and hinder the rear cameras* Fingerprint scanning area is clearly visible on the display, although its easy to ignore.* Charger port cover is inconvenient to open, wireless charging works like normal* Making calls is a little awkward hard to hear on both ends.I'm summary an perfect case if extra protection is needed for reasons like hiking, sports or just being clumsy and prone dropping things.However it's quite large and can hinder certain functions of the phone.

Upon opening the package, it was different from my previous Ghostek products with a nice and fancy box with magnets and everything. The Apple-esque unboxing. It did come neatly packed in a little ziplock type of bagthat contained the case, brief instructions, extra fingerprint reader stickers, cleaning cloths, squeegie if necessary, lanyard, as well as a card promoting a free gift as a thank you. Thank you Ghostek! So far the case is great. Waterproofing test was a success with no leakage, buttons are easy to press, no issues with touch screen or ultrasonic fingerprint reader or cameras.The only issue I have is that the case has an awkward nonuniform shape. This is most likely due to the curvature in the glass that Ghostek needs to compensate for. Also... Fair warning do not take the inside protective film off until you are 100% ready to install the phone. I got fingerprints on the inside and tried cleaning and it was a mess. It will NOT come off. Just smears and looks gross under lights.This case has a nice and snug fit. Doesn't feel loose, and the charging port is a tight fit too! BTW, the original charger that came with the S20 Ultra fits this case! Sound quality is pretty decent all things considered especially since this is a waterproof phone case. Microphone works almost as good as it did before. Fast wireless charging still works too!! Hope this was insightful!
