It has a calming effect on me. Silent pump, can only hear the water trickling but not loudly. It took me a while to set it this way. The bowls are made of stone, the rest is not as sturdy. The light is at the bottom bowl only, but it reflects on the two bowls above. It is a good size, not too big and not too small. Very elegant addition to my room. It was easy to assemble - just had to connect the water and light tubes, and add water.

I like it that is not noisy, even though you have to use it on maximum level so the Cristal ball can spin, it is not noise and any noise is covered by the water fall sound. I love the lights changing, it seems a good quality, but I only gave it 4 stars because of the power, not powerful enough

Ordered 1 to match the same fountain I purchased a year ago as I needed it to match the other cabinet I had the original 1, unfortunately the 1st package had missing pieces (will be returning for a refund) ordered another as I wanted the item and had all the parts in the box this time. Thanks to the team at the magic toy shop for communicating with me and helping to handle the situation professionally. Love the fountain, gives an amazing aesthetic to my small massage room.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this item as all other water fountain options so very, very expensive.Honestly thought it wouldn’t be up to much. I was so wrong. It is a beautifully produced item. No plastic nubs where something hasn’t been finished off well. The metal/materials used appear to be off a superior quality than the price of item belies.Easy to set up and so relaxing to watch. A little noisy, yes, that’s the interior motor. Video will give you an idea of noise level.I ❤️ it! As I am sure will you, if purchased. It is small, will fit upon a desk, office. Not for outside usage; indoor only; requires to be plugged into electric ⚡️ source.Hope my review helps potential buyers 😊

The magic toyshop are an absolute disgrace. We purchased the indoor fountain for mum who is terminal age 87. She was enjoying initially however after approx 40 days it stopped working. I contacted the magic toy shop who said as a goodwill gesture they would send a new pump.The replacement was not checked and did not work, it also was not compatible with the fountain.I contacted the MTS again and they were dismissive despite the uk legislation in respect of the 2015 consumer rights act (cra 2015) which states 'within six months of purchase,it's up to the retailer to prove that you caused the problem with the goods: if they can't, they will have to repair or replace the goods or give you a refund if that's not possible'It's a shame that retailers such as this with no moral or ethical principles tarnish the industry as a whole.I have just read the reviews for the magic toyshop which clearly demonstrates how despicable there behaviour is with some being more forthright than my summary.I would urge anybody contemplating a purchase from The magic toyshop to spend time checking reviews and feedback as currently they have a 2.9/5 rating.

Well not good feature parity basics but look nice
