Tiny, but it's better than handwashing small loads!
Yes, it is tiny. Yes, even the spin dry basket is small. BUT, I can wash multiple pairs of underwear in a load, I can wash a pair of 3x PJs (top & bottom) in a load, I can wash 2 or 3 t shirts in a load, I was even able to wash 1 pair of jeans (the spin was tricky because it was almost overloaded, so I ran the spin twice). I live in an apartment building, and I am allowed to have a washing machine. We have a laundry room, but only 3 of the 6 washers are currently working, and rumor has it some people have bed bugs.It is much easier than handwashing my underwear & bras, PJs, and tops. I can do at least one small load a day, and hang the wet laundry to dry in the bathtub to dry overnight. I wish it could have been a little bigger (HINT HINT to the manufacturer), but it will hold me over, and since it folds so small I can hide it, so it is a decent short turn solution so that I can clean underwear & PJs without needing to fight to get into the laundry room except to wash my sheets, towels & blankets.I'm in a Section 8 Apt & Management comes in to inspect, I was very tempted to go with one of the larger twin tubs, but where would I hide it.

Touch buttons are not sensitive enough too finicky
I have seen people say in other reviews that the buttons on this machine are not so good and I can confirm that. I have made a little observation where when my finger is a little wet vs. when dry they work better. Dry finger I’m literally tapping the button at most 10 times before I can get it to go to the 5 min cycle but I still gota get it to the 10 min then the 6min cycle for the spin to remove water. Using my damp finger it becomes a bit more reactive and I can get it to move in a few taps. But other than that it’s not so bad for what it is got my cloths clean.

Works as Intended
Bought this in January 2023 and still working well. I used this almost every weekend (I'll be happy if this last for a year). I know this is small based the reviews so I expected that I really can't wash big or heavy items with it. My purpose for buying this is to wash my under garments, silk pillow cases and other small delicate items. Does it clean? Yes. For clothes that are a bit more soiled, I suggest pre-soaking it before washing. I don't use the Spin 'dry' cycle and the drain hose. It's faster if I drain and wring the clothes my self. It's not much work to do so since you only have few items washed. I recommend this if you only have the above mentioned clothes to wash and wants to save your hands (+ back) from washing and time to do other things.

Water stuck in the base of the washing machine after first use
I don't feel safe continuing to use it bc now it leaks if you tilt it to one side. I did everything the manual asked, I made sure everything was drained out of the drainage and wiped the whole thing down, but there's still a large amount of water stuck in the base of it.Edit: I was told to keep the machine in a dry environment so let's hope it'll evaporate. It still leaks on the side though and I think its dangerous to advertise putting it away on its side if there's still water that can leak outEdit 2: There is still water leaking out of it. Don't buy this product. Reaching out to the team didn't help either as they gave me unhelpful advice. I plan on returning this.

Major shortcomings, but still best in class
I have a similar mini one by this brand, Moyu, and love it- so was hoping this one would be great too, only larger so I could wash shirts. What I dislike about this larger one (compared to the mini one):1) The buttons are not as user friendly as the mini. Sometimes I have to press more than once to get the button to respond to me. 2) Drainage- on the mini, there is a very neat, tidy plug you pull out when you want it to drain. Wish this one had the same. This has an odd lever you pull- I always forget which side the water will drip when I pull the lever, plus there is a lot of leakage with this design. 3) The annoying suction cups- I covered them up with gorilla tape. I need to be able to slide the unit quickly and easily, and those suction cups are way too powerful and make it cumbersome to move this in a pinch. 4) Spin basket- I wish it was a few inches taller. Also, hate how it is collapsible. It often collapses when I don't want it to. Not sturdy. I had to use cable ties to make it stay in the larger position, permanently.OK, so that is what is WRONG with this unit. If you only need to wash bras/undies, get the mini Moyu- much less expensive, stronger motor for the size, and better design. But if you need something to wash shirts and leggings, get this one. Even though I dislike many things about this one, the Moyu brand is much more reliable than the other similar sized brands out there. I bought 2 other brands and the motor malfunctioned upon 1st use (Pure Clean & Densors- avoid these!). So, although I don't love this one, I'll take it over the other brands, because it actually WORKS! Clothes come out clean; the white/grey design is attractive; and spin basket (since I modified it) does a decent job at wringing out SOME of the water.

Perfect replacement for handwashing but not an actual washer
I purchased because I had 1-2 blouses that needed to be washed and it did not make sense for me to drag myself to laundry mat every 2 days so I can do a load of laundry. I suck at handwashing clothes. I feel the wash isn't as powerful as the commercial machines but this did the job. I feel my 2 blouses being washed is just the perfect size and I also put in 10 face masks as another load. What I dislike is the drainage tube is so short, when it drains if some threads get loose it basically stays inside the washer. I run the cycle twice to ensure all the soap is out of the clothes. I run once with soap, drain, then run again with just water. The dry spin cycle removes excess water but not all that well. It's better to wring by hand and then hang.
