Great rollers with a great finish
Just finished painting our honey oak cabinets and these were the best rollers for the job!! Great finish and held up very well with multiple washes in between. I’ll stick with these for all of my projects from now on.(Side note: cabinet paint color is BM baby fawn)

The Best You Can Buy if You are Looking for Spray-like Finish
I am not a professional house painter but rather a very advanced DIYer. I have done a lot of painting and tried out many painting products such as paint rollers.Purchased these with the hope they produce a finish quality as close as you can get with a professional paint sprayer. The short answer is yes they are the best product out there for a spray like finish but you must follow their directions otherwise you will be disappointed. Here are some tips. Heavily mist dry roller cover with water. Squeeze roller to get the inner part of the roller wet. Next, use an absorbent rag to soak up the excess water by squeezing the roller in your hand. You want the roller to be slightly damp. If you are able to get water droplets out of the roller then it is too wet. Next, make sure the roller is fully charged with paint before application. Roll it in paint many times and apply pressure while rolling it on a flat surface to work the paint deep into all the layers of the foam. Now the roller is ready. Roll it again in paint and don't overload it. Roll the paint onto your surface using a medium speed. Very important. Do not roll too fast because if you do you will get air bubbles in paint surface which will result in not a flat surface. Wash roller cover out with warm water and dish soap. Make sure to work soap deep into the roller. Thoroughly rinse to remove all soap. Squeeze roller or roll it with heavy pressure on towel to dry. These rollers are easily washable and will last many times as long as you are not rough on them when cleaning. As for finish quality and how they compete against the competition, I did a test with this one along with other Whizz and competitor products which all claimed for very smooth finish quality. These performed the best followed by Whizz's basic white foam roller. I use Sherwin Williams Emerald and Pro Classic acrylic enamel with these rollers. I am very happy with the finish quality. That says a lot because I am known for a discerning eye.I fully recommend this product. I would not buy anything else for instances where I want a smooth finish quality that is closely comparable with a professional (key point) paint sprayer.

Good quality paint, roller
Good quality paint rollers. Foam helps the paint set without any streaks. Really not worth the extra money because they did not work any better than the ones that I bought from the dollar store.

I love these rollers
I use these rollers to apply trim paint, and love that they don't leave roller lines or hairy texture on the surface. I still backbrush to get a completely smooth surface, but with these rollers I am starting from a very good even application of paint. I set up my trim boards on horses, and loaded the roller in a tray, and got 30' to 36" of paint coverage per roller along a 3.5" or 5.5" wide trim board. The poplar trim was simple square edge (Shaker look) and the rollers were great to keep the corners free from drips. That is, the paint would not squeeze out of the roller and fall over the edge. It's an amazing feature, largely attributed to the roller and only partially to the painter. I'd quickly apply the paint with the roller, and then take my brush and lightly smooth the paint in one motion from one end of the board to the other. This method works great with Benjamin Moore Advance waterborne alkyd, as the paint has time to level before it dries. A few year ago, I used these rollers, and the same method, to paint thousands of linear feet of primed cedar clapboard before it was installed on a house.

Wish I had these sooner.
These are absolutely amazing! I was trying to paint a dresser and had used 2 different brands 4 inch rollers and was getting tons of stuck lint and such. Paused my painting and ordered these hoping for a better result. Got them the next day and started painting again. I just wish I had started with these first but the results were fantastic. The concave end of the roller can be used to drag around and across curves and dips and covers flawlessly. I will use these from now on as they are a great value.

Whizz foam roller.
Perfect. I like the foam density and the squared off end of the roller for getting into corners. I haven't been able to find the whizz brand anywhere. They used to be in stores but now only on Amazon. Thanks.
