More energy throughout the day
Easy to use. Just over a week and I’m less fatigued with more energy throughout the day. As I age I need to keep up with my growing family. This new product is perfect.

Great Product!
I love taking B12 for the energy and health benefits, but hate taking pills. The delivery system on this is so easy, my doctor has told me that absorption through the skin is super effective - I'm already feeling good benefits, and no pills! I definitely recommend this!

Goes on red, and sticky
This spray is sticky and red, and does not immediately absorb. It can also leave a stain on your clothes, which is a big problem, given the expense of clothes and the need for immediate laundering when they are stained.I've been taking vitamin B-12 for years for general nutritional support.Mostly I stick with chewable vitamin B-12, but I thought maybe I'd try this spray on since it promised better absorption.Unfortunately, the red color and the stickiness make this a no-go for the long term.I can't recommend this.

easy way to get vitamin B
bought this product because i struggle with low energy levels throughout the day even with enough sleep. love the spray format and not having to add another pill to my routine. product has a slight smell when sprayed, but fades after being rubbed in and isn’t bad. i’ve been using this for a few weeks now and only need 1 cup of coffee in the morning whereas i used to have 2+.

Easier than pills
This spray is easier to use than pills, although for me it was just not effective.It also has a faint scent that I am not a fan of. Another issue is that it doesn't rub in completely, it leaves a slight sticky feeling behind.

It works and being topical makes it easy to take.
It is easy to apply. The absorbency is good and it works. Much better than putting something under your tongue!
