Although this seemed like an overwhelming task I was able to complete in about 5 hours with breaks. I figured out that if I placed blue tape to line up things that really mattered ( as shown in photo on round wheel) it was much easier! There are excellent instructions... which I followed. Each panel is clearly labeled. I used a wallpaper brush to help adhere the vinyl rather than just a soft cloth. I’m so happy with this mural, everyone who sees it is astonished. It looks very very real! All I have to do now is find a carpet that will look industrial ! On another note... it’s been a few weeks and the strong vinyl smell IS subsiding.

The former owner of my house left some nail holes in the wall to repair and I couldn't exactly match the paint color - even with computer matching. This is a home office / computer room, so I decided to give it a little character with a wall mural. The old factory picture was perfect for this. It matched the mood of the room and gives me a great backdrop for my computers.The wallboard in the room is slightly textured, and the paint looks like it has an eggshell finish. I was concerned about the mural sticking to the wall because of this. I was able to handle the mural by myself -- and even made it turn the corner to fit in the space I had. I failed to rub it all down the next day as prescribed, however, so I've had two occasions so far where a corner has started to peel away from the wall at the top. I was able to easily reattach each corner using a soft window washing attachment on a pole (this wall is hard to get to with the computers in the way), and that seems to have fixed it.If you install it carefully following the directions, it's not too hard to position. It takes a few tries to get each panel in just the right spot to overlap the previous panel (yes, they slightly overlap) and sometimes it doesn't come out exactly right. But for a picture this size, it still looks good.The worst thing you can do is get part of the mural sticking to itself, sticky side to sticky side. Separating the pieces tends to stretch the vinyl and distort the picture. I had this happen once, but the picture at this location was dark so it's not noticeable. If you start with only 6 inches or so at the top exposed and gradually peel the backing away as you attach the mural, you can avoid any problems. Align each new piece with just the top attached to the wall. If you have to reposition it later with more of the backing removed, you will probably need another person to help handle the panel and keep it from folding back on itself.The quality and detail of the picture are amazing. It looks great on the wall and gets a lot of positive comments.

The packing was excellent, and the backing, as well as the mural are of heavy and sturdy material. It is removable, but it will take off paint when removed, so plan on repainting. I was disappointed that there was a small blue advertisement, or branding on the side of one of the cargo containers in the image (added by the designer). The image is clear, but not as clear as I would have liked. Installation is a bit challenging. Unlike wallpaper, you cannot slide it around to align it. Once it stick, it sticks very strong, so you have to work with the top few feet and hope your alignment is straight for the rest of the length. The first five sheet aligned perfectly at the top and hung straight. The last sheet had fewer landmarks and I was off slightly at the bottom i.e. not plumb. I did not lay out the sheets to see if the graphics aligned all the way down before hanging, but I found each sheet aligned (graphically) well at the top, but by the time i got to the bottom, some parts of the image were off by almost a quarter of an inch. I do not feel that I stretched the material while applying, but you do have to smoothen it out, so there may be some stretching by the time I got to the bottom half of the sheet. All in all, I am pleased with the result and it went pretty fast.

The image in itself is exactly what we expected. After the first sheet went up I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to apply to the wall, how thick the paper is and how vivid the picture is. However, after the second sheet went up the image did not line up. It lined up at the top, but by mid sheet the image was not lined up! When we got to the 5th sheet we had to overlap the sheet to line up the image. This is not our first rodeo. We have vast experience putting up wallpaper and wall murals. I would not recommend this image. Perhaps the other images line up better.

Looks great. Pretty easy to install and trim. Make my office look great and huge on video chats.

This paper is in my basement, and everyone who see it ask why didn't we cover the pipes. Guest, my husband and I love this product. The quality of the paper is sensational. I made several mistakes so I had to remove and reapply just as often. It stuck as if it was the first try. I will NEVER AGAIN buy wallpaper that I need to wet and/or apply adhesive. I have 1 question how can I get the seventh panel? I ordered a second box but it doesn't match up to the sixth panel.

I had to buy this two times because I thought it would be easy to install myself. This is definitely a two person job, at least! It was challenging to get everything to align properly but once on, a couple of hours later, it looks amazing! Love the quality of the mural!

Excellent mural! Nice thick vinyl and it is very forgiving when installing. I did it by myself with no previous experience, it took me about 2 hours to install. I'm very happy! Highly recommend!
