This product works very well to prevent soreness. By far better than the last 10 I’ve tried. The taste is almost unbearable which is disappointing. I’m definitely going to finish the jar just because it works. Hopefully they come out with another flavor that covers the ingredients more before I’m done. I was surprised because I’ve had a few flavors of pre workout that were great from this brand.

It made me physically sick for a 24 hour period. I can’t even return it because of the type of product it is. The taste wasn’t that great either. Disappointed that I cannot return and therefore money wasted on something I cannot use.

Guess I'll power through the aches because this stuff was hard to get down. Half way through I tossed the rest of my glass. Hints of watermelon with bitter medicinal/chemical tasty ingredients. Definitely not a fan and disappointed. It does dissolve rather fast and without clumps. The scoop was buried at the bottom of the container which was also a bummer. But packaging was easy to open.

This is a great formula and tastes really good to. Its so hard to find workout supps without artificial flavors so im a big fan of this one!

If you have ever tried their preworkout, this has a slightly similar taste to the berry fizz only wayyyyyyy better. The flavor isn’t overpowering and I think it’s delicious! I’ve definitely noticed improvement in my workout fatigue & recovery.

I love this product and its my go to before I workout or evening during my cycling.It also mixes really well in water no clumps etc!

I really like it. I drank it before, during, and after workouts. It is very hydrating. The best thing is, it is easy to just mix and go in my shaker.
