I LOVE these water weight bags! I purchased them to place in the upper corner of my tent from r additional support with high winds! Has been holding up pretty nice and working just how I imagined they would!

These bags are excellent! I was looking for a reliable solution for a sand-bag replacement that would be great to travel with for video shoots. Looking around at other options, most reviews say that these type of bags leak. I did not have great expectations initially but these bags worked very very well. The material is very strong and the drain plug at the bottom of the bags makes it really easy to fill and drain.Another note - they are the perfect size. They hold plenty of water to hold down a c-stand or light stand. They are closer to the size of a regular sand bag on set. Other options on the market are ginormous so I was very happy with the size and weight.I cannot recommend these enough, they have made my travel shoots so much better.

I've wanted to get some weights for our conference signage but didn't want to spend a fortune on shipping. These solved the problem as they are light when empty, and it's easy enough to fill them on site.Be sure to dry them well before packing to prevent mildew or odors. So far they seem to be durable and leak free.

I was looking for a solution to weigh down some outdoor furniture items that do not react well to wind. As patient as my neighbors are, they were growing tired of repeatedly finding my patio items in their pool.For many years I had tried using sandbags od various styles, sizes, and materials. Inevitably they would wear out in the sun and rain, and I'd wind up with sand everywhere.I bought these water weight bags hoping they would last longer than the sandbags and so far they have not disappointed. They were MUCH easier to fill, just hook up the hose or stick 'em under the tap. Each bag weighs about 11 pounds when full, and folds down the middle to sit easily on horizontal crossbars or flared "feet."I bought two sets of these bags for a total of 8. Seven of them worked perfectly. One had a broken seal around the fill port and would not hold water. I mentioned this to the seller and within literal *minutes* had a reply telling me they would happily send me a new one at no charge. How's that for outstanding service?Since installing these bags, they have been subject to temperatures from 48°F to 108°F, more than three inches of rain, strong direct sunlight, and wind gusts as high as 56mph. My furniture has stayed put, with no movement or damage to them or to the bags themselves. I will be purchasing a third set. These are indeed an excellent alternative to sandbags.

These are great for our canopy/ez-up when we go camping or to a tailgate party. They are so convenient for storing too.

I should've listened to other reviews warning me about this product. The first bag I filled up had a seam burst within 24 hours for no reason. I can't recommend these, and they have been returned.

The Anavim Heavy Duty Water Weight Bag Saddle are a perfect addition to my portable Studio Lighting kit. I needed and wanted “sandbags” to weight down my light stands to protect my lights from damage due to a fall.I was specifically looking for water fillable bags that are extremely lightweight when empty for traveling since water is normally pretty accessible in the places that I shoot where I shoot and sand is not. The fill openings are big - the inside is 3/4" so you can use a big funnel and fill them quickly. Also, bags filled with sand typically weight about 20lbs each and I did not want to carry an extra 80lbs, (4 bags) when I travel for shoots.These bags fold flat and take up little space. The 4 bags collapsed take up less room than a full small sandbag. The package of bags (4) come with a light duty aluminum carabiner for each bag which is great for hanging them on the stand versus draping them over the stand feet.One drawback is that the bags are solid black which make them difficult to see in a low light. People may trip on them when they are placed on the light stand feet. This can easily be remedied by using a bright colored duct tape, such as yellow, to add a stripe to both sides of each bag.
