They fit perfectly w a press fit and add a little bit of polish for adjustable shelves.

These are great. I just finished building 11 cabinets in my garage. I used a Kreg pin jig for the holes. Unfortunately, their bit appears a TINY bit too big and the pins do not fit snugly. With a small amount of weight on a shelf, the pins sagged. No good!I bought these. You need to drill out the 1/4 hole to 9/32 (Rockler makes a great self-centering bit for this exact purpose).Went through and re-drilled the holes, plugged in these sleeves and the pins fit perfectly and no longer sag.

Using these is a really nice way to add a finishing touch to shelf pins. I am using plywood for my case sides and there is a small amount of tear-out around the holes. These inserts are a quick way to "fix" the issue.

I love these sleeves. The house we bought had one bottom cabinet with shelf pin holes that were bigger than normal and the shelf wouldn't stay in place. These sleeves fixed that. They were a perfect fit and now the shelf stays in place. Glad I found them on Amazon.

Doesn't quite fit the widgetco shelf pin counterparts; the pin wobbles in the sleeve, making it a weaker connection than in a hole cut into the wood.

I purchased these to replace the plastic supports for my kitchen cabinet shelf's. I drilled the holes a little bigger and tapped them in then inserted a metal bracket that fits into the sleeve. I have plenty to do the rest of the cabinets.
