Love this belt. It is great quality and really helps alleviate pain and pressure. I wish it came with instructions on how to put it on, but found this sites instructions for what is basically the same belt: [...]I am 5'4" 160lbs 35 weeks pregnant and got the large. Works great.

Somewhat comfortable, pregnancy is just not comfortable period!

Helpful with growing baby bump. This is my 4th baby, last pregnancy was twins, which drastically stretched me making this pregnancy incredibly painful and uncomfortable. This belt has been a lifesaver. I cannot walk or be out without it. Recommended if you need belly support!!!There are no directions. Had to look it up to make sure I had it right. It also is warping from the Velcro, but that is because it gets a lot of use. Also, when removing, be gentle...the Velcro is sharp and has scratched my belly multiple times.

I was diagnosed with umbilical hernias but it was too risky to do a surgery with baby's arrival only 12 weeks away. I've been in excruciating pain on and off, and knew I had to get something to help me support the weight of my belly- this band fit the bill! It is as comfortable as such a thing could be, and has helped alleviate my pain. Also, mine came with visual instructions on how to use it.The only problem is this runs small. If you are on the fence about which size to get, go for the larger size. I am 5'2" and now 160 lbs with 7 months of baby- and the medium size was too small, even though I always buy everything in medium.

Love this belt. It came with zero instructions, but with the pictures from the sale I was able to figure it out easily. It's been very helpful over the past 4 days I have had it and for the price, I would highly recommend it!

Doesn’t work well if you are plus size and having a hanging lower belly. It offered me no support.

No direction or instruction

This really helped me get some support with the extra weight from my twin pregnancy, especially while I was still working as a first grade teacher up until 28 weeks. Now nearing the end of my pregnancy, I have started wearing it again to relieve some of the back pain. It's not fun to put on and take off every time you need to use the restroom, since that happens quite frequently during pregnancy, but other than that, it has been great. I would highly recommend.
