Love those but watch out for the caffeine
Those are great gels, easy on the stomach, taste good and because they are so liquid you don't really need to drink after it (although I usually do).This one may not be a good gel for long races like marathons or ultras as you'd need quite a few of them, and because each has 100mg of caffeine, you can probably have 2-3 throughout the race. So, it is best to mix them with some other gels.

Take 1 pouch as required at regular intervals during exercise. All flavours except for Cola: 1-2 pouches/ day. Cola flavour: Consume 1 pouch per day during exercise. Flavours with caffeine: High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. (Mojito & Cherry: 76 mg/100 ml, 51 mg/ pouch; Cola: 150 mg/100 ml, 100 mg/ pouch). As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
